Due to COVID-19 pandemic, we have implemented new rules and restrictions from Australian Government and World Health Organisation to ensure your order will arrive safe at your doorstep.

Handling Time: After receiving an order, Koala Wears will ship out the parcel within 1-2 business days and will email the tracking number to the customer.

Our shipping partner is Australia Post for all domestic & international orders.
Koala Wears does not refund international shipping costs and reserves the rights to deduct any return costs incurred from the total return amount for orders that are refused at customs. Koala Wears are legally required to declare the full dollar value paid on the international shipments and must include an invoice for customs if they require it.
